Our big, beautiful hostel was completely renovated when we moved into it in 2007 after relocating from two buildings nearby. But we couldn’t stop there and in 2010 installed our specially-designed and exclusive to us, ‘privacy pods’ in all our dorms. In 2011, we completed a total renovation of our private rooms and in 2013, a total renovation of our common areas- including a new yoga studio/weight room. In 2018, we turned our theater room into a chill room where you can hang out with friends playing board games, watch a movie or read a book on our comfy couches and chairs. We also renovated the common shower rooms!
In addition to dorm rooms with comfy mattresses and privates with hotel amenities, we have a very large kitchen with 8 cooking stations, a large lounge with video games, foosball and billiards tables and a quiet reading room.
We’re located close to Union Square, Chinatown, the Theatre District, museums, tourist attractions and public transportation.
We don’t let that go to our heads though, as we always strive to make your experience with us friendly and fun and will do our best to let you leave San Francisco with happy memories.
