SAN DIEGO

March 5: Enjoy a night out at the museum for TNT (Thursday Night Thing), an event held only 3 times a year. The night will be filled with artist talks and performances, live music and more. 10$, 7PM-10PM

March 7 – 8: Seaport Village hosts the Spring Busker Festival, weekend of crazy entertainment. Expect to be mesmerize by the sword swallowers, the jugglers on unicycles and much more!  12PM-6PM

March 7 – 8: Celebrate spring and the blooming of 150 Cherry Tree Grove during the 10th Annual Cherry Blossom Festival. Cultural entertainment, authentic food, and lots of colors. 11AM-3PM

March 14: Celebrate the Irish in you by attending San Diego’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival. The parade will start at 5th avenue and Laurel St. at 10:30am. After that, the festival will take place in Balboa Park.

March 21: Smarten up at the San Diego Festival of Science & Engineering, where interactive exhibitions and hands-on activities will entertain you for hours. 10AM-5PM

March 28: How can you resist an event called Bike & Beers? Join a pub crawl on wheel and live an epic adventure! The ride starts at 10AM.

March 6 – 15: Meet your favorite TV stars by attending the Paleyfest, an event connecting celebrities and their fans.

March 14: Attend Southern California’s Rock Festival, Epicenter, featuring Korn, Limp Bizkit, House of Pain and Suicidal Tendencies.

March 22: Discover a part of LA on foot or on a bike during the first CicLAvia, a new way to see a vibrant district.9AM-4PM

March 25: See Talib Kweli in concert at House of Blues.

March 27: Witness a true Hollywood moment as actor Christopher Plummer (“The Sound of Music”) gets his hand and footprints immortalized in cement in front of Grauman’s Chinese Theater. 10AM

SAN FRANCISCO

March 1: Free admission to the Asian Art Museum. 10AM – 5PM

March 3: Free admission to the DeYoung Museum, the Legion of Honor, the Conservatory of Flowers and the Contemporary Jewish Museum.

March 6: Take a stroll through some local art galleries during the Lower Polk Tenderloin Art Walk. 6PM – 10PM

March 14: Watch the St. Patrick’s Day Parade (starts at 11:30AM) and attend the festival afterwards. 12PM-5PM

March 19: Get your culture by taking part in the Yerba Buena Third Thursdays Gallery Crawl, a monthly event featuring art, performances, music, and drinks. 5PM-10PM

March 21: Join a group of bicycle lover during San Francisco Midnight Mystery Ride. The point of rally is secret until the day of, and the ride starts at midnight.

March 27: If you’ve got a cool ‘stach, let the world see it. The San Francisco Beard and Mustache Club hold a monthly meetup at Zeitgeist, one of the city’s iconic bar. If you’re into bearded men, you welcome! 7PM-10PM

March 28 – 29: Take the bus to Treasure Island to score some odd treasures at the Treasure Island Flea Market. There will be more than 400 vendors! 10AM-4PM
